What do EP Bar End Weights (Road) do?
When fitted to the handlebar ends of the Yamaha XSR700, EP Bar End Weights (Road) will add weight to reduce unwelcome high-frequency vibrations. Produced from stainless steel, with EP’s signature black powder-coating, EP’s bar ends are heavier than Yamaha’s OE parts. The EP Bar End Weights also feature a bike-specific mounting design which allows a quick and easy but secure fitting to the motorcycle’s handlebars. Evotech Performance’s Road weight is the larger of the two produced, perfect for longer rides.
Note: When fitting EP Bar End Weights and EP Brake Lever Protector Kits, it is the rider’s responsibility to ensure the motorcycle’s throttle action (correct free-play, smooth opening and closing of the throttle, etc) is not impaired in any way.
