Why fit an EP Radiator Guard?

Hot coolant is pumped from the engine to the radiator, where it is then cooled by airflow before returning to the engine. Because a radiator is positioned to catch passing air it is also 'open' to damage from road debris. The Suzuki SV650 radiator guard is designed to protect the radiator's delicate cooling fins and internal galleries from being mashed by stones and other debris, but mainly to prevent puncturing the radiator and causing it to leak. The result of which will be overheating, which, in turn, can result in engine damage. Escaping coolant can also leak onto the tyres and cause sudden loss of grip.

Wir haben eine Liferzeit von ca. 10-12 Werktagen. Da wir die Produkte direkt von Evotech Performance aus UK beziehen und die bekanntlich nicht mehr zur EU gehören, kommt noch der Zoll dazu. Diesen Ablauf haben wir nicht selber in der Hand. Deshalb kann es manchmal zu Verzögerungen bei der Lieferzeit kommen und wir können nicht immer die 10-12 Werktage garantieren. Das tut uns leid, lässt sich in Ausnahmefällen aber leider nicht immer verhindern.
